My name is Noemi, and I am a mother of two children, Adél and Róbert.
As a mother, I always found it challenging to find good-quality shoes for my children. I either had to travel far to find them, or I couldn't find what I was looking for at all. That's when I came up with the idea of ARNI's (named after my family members Adél, Róbert, Noemi, and my husband István) shoe shop.
Our brands, D.D. Step and Ponte20, are well-known brands in various European countries that produce high-quality shoes for children of all ages. Hopefully, in the future, we will be able to add more brands. Until then, we hope you will enjoy our beautiful models from D.D. Step and Ponte20. Please note that our selection of models changes frequently and the quantities of each model are limited.

About DD Step:
“DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY
D.D.Step offers high-quality footwear for toddlers and children. Properly selected footwear can establish a healthy life at young ages and for other life. When designing our D.D.Step products have always been highly motivated to create comfortable and healthy shoes.
Our aim is to produce trendy, fashionable and more importantly anatomically right, comfortable children's shoes. Our shoes allow the feet and toes to move freely yet guarantee maximum protection, so the children can happily play and carry out their daily activities.
When making D.D.Step shoes, the latest technologies of shoe production are combined with classic craftsmanship. Most of our shoes are made with 3D stitching technology, thus minimizing the use of glue, the use chemicals.
RAW MATERIALS
Shoes play a very important role in the comfort feeling of feet. We pay great attention to the raw materials used for shoes. The high-quality natural leather provides tenderness and softness for the users.
LIGHT, FLEXIBLE, NON-SLIP RUBBER OUTSOLE
D.D.Step soles are made from natural rubber. Pure rubber guarantees durability and flexibility. The physical impact-resistant outsole provides long usability, yet the shoes are light and do not burden children's feet. The flexibility of the outsole allows the shoes to accommodate the feet without constraints.
HIGH-QUALITY LEATHER UPPER
All D.D.Step products are made from genuine quality leather.
First-class cowhide leathers are carefully selected in order to use the proper thickness parts for the uppers. It will result in perfect children's footwear by the end of the manufacturing process.
PROTECTIVE TOE CAP
The shape of the toe cap provides ultimate protection while leaving the toes to move safely. The adequate height of the toe cap ensures the freedom of the foot.
REINFORCED HEEL SUPPORT
The interior stiffener guarantees the best holding and long-lasting reinforced heel support. The shaped PVC stiffener is positioned between the upper and the lining, not in contact with the kid's feet, however, supports the heel bone at right angles.
INSOLES
The components we use meet high-quality standards. The inner lining and the cover of the insole are made from soft leather to ensure natural contact with the feet.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
We have always been paying great attention to the outstanding quality of our products. It is very important for us to provide a healthy environment for future generations. The exclusion of harmful substances is an essential characteristic of each and every component. The exclusion of hazardous chemicals is regularly checked in laboratories according to European Union standards. We have been dedicating ourselves to improving our production with fewer chemicals and minimising environmental impact. D.D.Step is more than shoes, it grants comfort feeling for the kids and a sense of serenity for the parents.
Our shoe boxes are made of 100% recycled paper, which saves hundreds of trees every year.”
About Ponte20:
“Children's feet are flexible and resilient thanks to the several developing bones, muscles and ligaments, which makes them possible to meet the challenges of everyday life.
When babies start to take their first steps, their ankles mainly turn inwards. As they toddle, the weight of their body mainly rests on their inner sole. As they are growing, the muscles, tendons and bones of their feet are developing and strengthening.
Strengthening muscles of the foot, doing exercises, and walking barefoot outdoors, on natural, irritating ground contribute to this progress.
The other essential factor is to wear footwear which is appropriate to their age and their feet. Usually, the vast majority of children do not need special footwear. As they grow, the muscles of their feet are strengthened sufficiently, so they can carry their own weights and body posture error will not occur. Because of that we only recommend the use and wear of Ponte 20 shoes, if it is advised by a doctor, after a thorough examination of the child’s feet!
However, sometimes we need to help children’s legs to achieve the proper posture if the muscles and ligaments are not able to keep up with the sudden growth of a kid. It is necessary to wear supinated shoes if we want to prevent overstrain of the ligament and muscle around the heel and want to avoid the heel leaning inward. The properly shaped supinated children's shoes can support the small feet to keep them in the correct position. The heel part of the supinated shoes is closed, provides solid hold, and is leaned from the inside to the outside.
Supination means the sole is tilted in order for children's bones of heel and shin shall be parallel. Supination is a correction treatment for heel axle deformation of the developing feet of kids.
Thanks to the new technology used by Ponte20, the design of our supinated shoes are fashionable, children wear them happily. The 5 mm lifting is built in between the outsole and the insole, making it unnoticeable.
The shape of the toe cap is carefully designed to leave enough room for the toes to move comfortably. All Ponte20 products, the upper and the lining as well are made from genuine quality leather. The shoes are equipped with an interior heel stiffener.

SHIPMENTS and REFUNDS
Thank you for choosing ARNI's Shoes for your shopping needs. We trust you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied or have had a change of heart, we are more than happy to facilitate a refund for items returned within 14 days of the original purchase.
Please note that SALE/EX-DISPLAY/SOLD-AS-SEEN ITEMS are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for different sizes or products.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
The Goods are in their original packaging with all tags intact and are resellable.
Shoes must be clean, unworn, without marks/scratches, and with soles intact and unmarked. We recommend trying on shoes in a clean, carpeted area to avoid marking the soles.
Include your name, address, contact telephone, email, and reason for return.
We reserve the right to decline returns for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our discretion. The cost of the goods will be refunded, while shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to initiate a return:
Postal Returns: Ensure goods are well-packaged, including your contact details and reason for return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Ship the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. ARNI's Shoes is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. A refund will be processed through our website upon receipt of the returned items. This typically takes 5-6 days and should not exceed 14 days.
Returns to our Shop: Items returned directly to our store can be exchanged or a credit note issued on the same day. Refunds to credit cards take longer, usually 5-6 days and no more than 14 days, and are processed through our website to the card used for the original transaction.
Faulty/Damaged Item: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing arnis.shoes23@gmail.com or calling +353 85 1222 382 (during opening hours). We will arrange for a replacement item or a refund and collect the damaged goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty Claims: Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 6 weeks of receiving items. Customers must pre-pay return shipping, but reimbursement will be made upon a successful warranty claim. ARNI's Shoes aims to process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping: While we strive for accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will fulfil available products and issue a full refund for any unavailable items.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is determined at the time of purchase. Currently, we ship throughout Ireland for €7 per order box.
Delivery: Nationwide delivery is done through An Post, taking 2-4 days from the dispatch date. We aim to dispatch all goods within 3 days of the order date, with potential delays during public holidays.
